I've lived at Lord Simcoe Apts for 9 yrs and I've loved it. Worth mentioning is the great, friendly, fast service asst mgr Mike provides. My fridge "died" this morning, I called Mike at 10:30am, he came and checked it, then called me within 15 minutes stating that a new replacement would arrive in about 1.5hrs! At 12:30 he "installed" a brand new fridge! That's service! Thanks Mike, you're the best!
