This is a joke. Dale was _definitely_ not general manager of Doyle (Paul was)... he was an a$$ kissing installer who tried real hard to be "lead installer" but no one took him seriously. After realizing he didn't have what it takes to be management, he attended a seminar that convinced him he could overhaul the fire alarm industry and force technicians to attend his "school" for a certification that is not necessary. He failed; I'm all for education and certification but not from the guy who's selling the idea.
