What a gem! The rooms are so thoughtfully decorated in their specific theme. Clean and comfortable (this is coming from a hotel snob). Rik is fantastic! The service he provides is unmatched. He is so genuine, helpful, and accommodating. This inn is just the cutest and I would stay here again and again.
This was such a lovely visit. Very intentional space that feels friendly and inviting.
Best place to stay in Coos Bay Very cozy and comfortable
If you read up on this place (media, reviews, website) and do your research you'll have a great time! Rik was so welcoming and introduced me to my Tiki Lounge room. Loved all the campy, kitschy tiki treasures and art! Yes it's on the busy 101 and you'll probably want earplugs or good sleep music playlist-- the turntable is also a Bluetooth :) Otherwise it's a great location to explore the North Bend/Coos Bay area- the state parks, South slough estuary center, Mingus Lake Park and others.
I can’t recall ever enjoying a motel stay this much! So fun! The Star Trek room was absolutely fantastic. Well thought out and presented. Photos don’t do it justice, you have to experience it! Rick, the curator, was very kind, considerate, helpful and hospitable. We have driven by this place for years and always wondered what it was like inside. Boy were we missing out! We will definitely be back!
