This was such an elevated experience, so I actually felt obligated to let the team know how much I appreciated my second visit. The staff were great yesterday evening! I want to say thanks for your excellent service. My order was beautifully prepared and so very delicious. I look forward to returning again and again.

strongly: ⸻ Absolutely unacceptable behavior at Boba Time (Highland Mall location). Disgusting attitude and complete lack of customer service. Do they not realize this business is Korean-owned and reflects on the community’s values? If your staff can’t treat customers with basic respect, RETRAIN them or rehire people who actually care. If you hate dealing with customers, maybe it’s time to find a different job. This kind of behavior is embarrassing and drives loyal customers away. Do better.
