Such a wonderful and unique one. Although it was a short stay, I felt like a member of ITH family. Your lounge was very comfortable and filled with laughter almost all time, except midnight. Thank you so so so much.
I so enjoyed staying at this place..... It was inviting and comfortable... I will go back again and again and again....
Leo was very rude to me on the phone about my online booking because I accidentally booked a Female only dorm? They are charging me for a room I wasn't allowed to stay in and he told me I needed to read better. Not cool. Also not cool is that they rebooted their page to purge all their other negative reviews. Shady. I won't be staying here ever again, and I used to stay here as a student.
