Dave is a great repair man! I called iTech to talk about pricing to repair the camera lens on my Samsung Galaxy S21 and even though he couldn't answer the phone I immediately got a text a few minutes later. That's how the majority of our communication went but it was perfect. I sent a picture of the crack (see in this review). He said it would take 1-2 days to get Samsung parts and about 30minutes to repair. Excellent, quick and friendly service. I have had 2 iPhone screens replaced with them and have been very happy both times. Very reasonably priced and super fast response time. Highly recommended.
