The waitress was right on top of refills and getting our food right out to us. And also such a sweet girl.
I've been a customer of theirs for several years now and the quality of service and food has been at a steady decline over the last few months. Their quoted wait times are usually close to double what they tell you and the quality of their food is just as bad. Waiting 20 minutes longer than expected isn't a huge problem but when you get home and have to finish cooking half your order because it's not cooked all the way that's a problem.
Lucky for me I don’t live near Silverton or NCH Or I would weigh 600 lbs ! Though I have made the trip from Maineville too Silverton just for a Deluxe 7 and considering the number of pizza joints in Maineville,Landen, Symmes and Montgomery that I drive past to get there I think says it all ! Yeah I’m a fan ! If that’s not enough to get you to try it THEY PUT WHOLE 🥓 SLICES OF BACON ON THEIR PIZZA !
Delicious as always! Had the Ziti Chicken Alfredo. Done perfectly. Not soupy at all.
Everything we had to eat was GREAT. I was highly impressed.
I have been a longtime fan of this place till now. I placed an order thru door dash. We received the wrong item. Door dash is giving us a refund but when I called about it they gave me nothing but bad excuses so I hung up. A manager called me back, unwanted by the way, to explain the issue by blaming it on door dash because when they call in "it is a foreigner that you can't understand."
