Just waited for over an hour and a half for an order they said would be delivered in 45 min to an hour. Order came without our garlic bread with cheese. The delivery guy said “yeah I don’t have it I might have forgot it. I can bring you back a dessert maybe.” Then proceeded to take my money and a generous tip. So I paid for and tipped for pizza and garlic bread with cheese but only got the pizza. Strike two Italianette.

NCH location. Sat in dinning room Wednesday evening on 10/23. Very busy. Ordered drinks and food. The diet MT. Dew tasted bad. Our breadsticks with cheese came. No pizza sauce which we ordered. Server says she’d bring us pizza sauce. Didn’t get it until it was 10 minutes later. We had already eaten our breadsticks cause we were starving and convinced she was never coming back. 45 minutes later get out pizza and it was burnt. We had enough. We left. Terrible experience.
The pizza is delicious I ordered half meat half cheese and it was delicious
Absolutely amazing pizza and great service
HORRIBLE experience with the owner Dan. He was VERY rude. They messed up our order and blamed it all on us and refused to give me my change back for my pizza. With all this I was still very polite in speaking with him and he was so disrespect. I will NEVER order here again
Spoke to the owner regarding my order ..... he was extremely rude and unprofessional !!! His name was Dan will never order again !!!
