I ordered and prepaid for food that was dropped off to a neighbors house on my street that we don’t know. He happened to get my name and number off of the receipt and called me to tell me that he had my food and he was trying to find my house. The customer service was horrible and when we called to tell them what happened, the response we received was “I will let the manager know”. No apology, no follow up call, or anything. RecommendedThis past Sun we had a reception after a memorial service for my brother in law at the NCH restaurant . Alex the manager helped us plan it and made it so easy . We had a bigger than expected turn out and I was worried we might not have enough food. They did a great job of keeping the food coming ,kept the drinks going and were so nice . The food was great! We had many compliments ! Thank you Krimmers for making a difficult time very easy!!🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Wow reading the recent posts was pretty revealing as I also have been noticing the toppings on the pizza getting a little less than when I first started ordering. Anyway the reason I’m posting is I ordered two hoagies which were great, BUT I asked for no onions on both and added jalapeños on one. I got charged for the jalapeño even though I had taken the onions off both hoagies. I asked the girl at the counter said no substitutes, ok that’s fine. Delicious as always. My niece chose italianette. She loves it as well as my boyfriend. It’s his favorite also!! Great place to eat and make memories.
It was great! The pizza is the best we ever had, lots of food very reasonably priced. Friendly staff, clean and everything was delicious! Highly recommend!
