Best pizza in town. Hands down. It is a must try when in Cincinnati.
Just ordered a tuna hoagie and was told it would be 45 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later we received our order. Talked to the manager and he wouldn't do anything about it. Very highly upset. Don't tell the customer a time if you know it's going to be longer. I'll never eat here again.
Horrible customer service. They delivered the wrong pizza and treated us like criminals trying to scam a free pizza. Please. Pretty soon those will be the only customers you have left. ;)
Good pizza, I loved it at first. just hate it that every time we buy one we find a hair in it. They need to wear hair net and when the owners kids are their they are disturbing running around playing when people are their eating. Last time I spoke to the owner or manager about the hair in a piece of pizza he had an attitude and demand the pizza back with the hair still in it in order to get another one or the money. Understandable but don't be rude.
Why did you block my sister's from your page regarding the review about the hair in her husband's food? The entire review was the truth Dan! Are u afraid for the other customers to know the truth?
