I have enjoyed the food here many times. The pizza alone beats out any mainstream pizza spot for sure

It usually is very good. Today we waited an hour and ten minutes for delivery. The food was cold and not up to standard. When we called to express our concern,they said they would refund our money. Okay!10minutes later they wanted their food back. Really?
Wow. Rude employees on the phone, crappy food for the first time in decades of being their customers. I'll certainly never go back. I really hope that the owner reads this. Not worth my time to change MY schedule to hunt him down when he decides to show up after 3pm on Monday
