We've been ordering Italianette for nearly 12 years and every time we order Deluxe 7. The last 2 times it's been undercooked and soggy. It seems like the quality has gone down hill at the Silverton location since the North College Hill location has opened which is pretty sad. Stay away from Italianette because their quality is inconsistent.
Wont Eat Pizza anywhere else. My kids always ask for Italianette.... and if we try something different they always say "Mom this isnt good pizza" You have spoiled us! Thanks
The pizzas and the subs are the best in Cincinnati and get 10 stars from me! However, the customer service from the management gets -5 stars. They are argumentative when they get your order incorrect. It is also difficult to get a refund from them. At least, that is our experience. It was so unprofessional that we decided that they were not deserving of our or our friends and families business any longer. My taste buds are really saddened by this turn of events.
First heard of and tried tonight, 4/11/15. Did not disappoint! We had a taco pizza and salad. The salad was good, but the pizza was awesome!. It's also always nice to be able to get a cold beer with your meal. Lots of cheese, cooked just right. Very friendly service. If visiting NCH ask for Kelsey. Spoke to manager and he was also very friendly. This is one of the best Cincy pizzas outside of downtown/uptown. You get a great pie without the parking nightmare.
We liked the medium deluxe 7. The sauce was excellent the onions and peppers were just right,With big slices of bacon on it. Everything about it was delicious. We will definitely go back again
So happy to have this in NCH. The food was awesome and our server Yvonne very pleasant and accommodating. We can't wait to go back !
