Sales person on the phone is very rude and dismissive when I mixed up this location with one previously owned in the Galleria mall. I feel as though they discriminate based on whether or not you speak Korean and discriminate based on their inability to speak English. If you are looking for a glasses shop that has got a great collection you must visit Italee. I really enjoyed my visit, very helpful, very professional and took their time with me. I bought a Dolce Gabana frame and they placed my prescription. Excellent service! I highly recommend Italee.
Came in at 5pm one day for an eye exam and prescription glasses. They told me that the doctor is only present from 10am-4pm. Their door has a sign saying appointments only, but they told me appointments didn’t matter and said we can just walk in any time between 10-4pm. The next day we called to ask if they were free for a walk in eye exam and glasses. They said yes please come in. When we showed up they said we would have to wait a little over an hour because the doctor is on lunch break from 1-2pm. Wish they were better at... read more
