We got hit with a ransomware not long ago and we found out we didn't have ANY backup in place. It was a horrible experience. We called It support la and they brought new hardware the same day, and they worked all night to get us back up and running and by 8am we were able to be operational again. We really appreciate all the work and help they have given us.
Our company has an ERP system that doesnt integrate with our QB. We have been spending a lot of time on double entry and double tasks. IT Support LA has implemented an easy and cost effective solution that allowed us to save a lot of time and being more efficient in our process. The best thing is that we didnt have to change anything with our internal software.
