Update: Changed from a 4 to 5. Tony, one of the owners, called me and tried to make things right. While I didn't take him up on his offer, I did appreciate the level of sincerity. Seems like a pretty salon. I had made an appointment for 5 PM. I was told she was finishing up with a customer. I left 20 minutes later. The gentleman was very nice. Seems like a pretty salon. I had made an appointment for 5 PM. I was told she was finishing up with a customer. I left 20 minutes later. The gentleman was very nice. I just don't see the point of making appointments if that time isn't going to be honored. I understand a little run over time, but not 20 minutes. If rolls were reversed a service isn't going to wait on you 20 minutes. It's like the airlines overbooking a flight.

I was a walk in customer on Friday and the lady technician Rose performed my pedicure and manicure. Some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time. I would definitely come back again and request Rose. Very nice, clean, and friendly place.
