Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office? Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Was your pet well taken care while being boarded here? Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

This is not the place to go for routine everyday pet needs, like flea meds, vaccinations, & dental cleaning. They will charge you up the whazoo, for every little thing, as well as for things you didn't ask for or need. I asked the vet there to tell me how to express my dog's glands so I could do it on my own at home. I did it myself in the office, and then I was billed for it. Yup, you heard right!
