The representative is great my only issue is there is no light at all on the sign of the building. It was a good thing I was driving super slow because its pitch black out there at night. Also they are not allowed th have chairs in the building which is an ADA issue for handicap people.

All rates advertised are teaser rates, and will more than double once you are in. Do not waste your time!!

I called earlier in the morning and advised them I would be coming by. When we arrived we encountered Randall who not only was rude but very unhappy with the fact we walked in. He stated he was on lunch and the door should have been locked and couldn't help us. WORST CSR EVER!!

Fantastic service. Units were very nice and maintained well. Randall was very professional and helped me look at all the options in my budget! That’s the customer service I expect everywhere I go. Cannot recommend enough!

Very clean facility, and easy access to my unit. Randall was very professional and courteous when I was asking about which unit size would be best for my needs. 10/10 recommend this location for any of your storage needs!
