Just wanted to take the time and say Renee is one of the best workers. We were having trouble with the gate and she kindly took the time to come outside and help. Also took the time too show us some of the storage units just so we had an idea of the size. Renee takes a lot of pride in this business and even with some of the aisles being a little rough with some of the tenants things she was more then willing to let us know she was very upset and getting the time to upkeep the place. I rented a unit on Saturday expecting to take my stuff to the unit on Sunday. I got through the gate just fine to only find that there was a lock on the unit. The onsite office is closed on Sunday therefore I couldn’t unload my stuff. I went back the next day and someone was there to remove the lock but wouldn’t change my move in day to the day I finally got possession of the unit. I moved out before it renewed.
