This is one of the kindest dentist office I have ever gone to. Non judgmental, friendly and everyone seems happy to be at work. I highly recommend them.
Been a long time patient and have been fortunate to always have Trevi as my hygienist. She knows me and always makes me feel at ease and gives kind advice on areas to work. Dr Hansen and Dr Merkel are always kind and willing to answer all of my questions.
I really appreciate that I am given advice and, when possible, options for treatment so I can choose which option to take. Also, prep for a crown is done and crown is installed at the same appointment.
No pressure to buy anything. No lecturing about what you're not doing right. Just great service and information provided by people who really know their stuff and clearly like what they do. I especially like how well they communicate with email. I'm also a big fan of their in house crown making machine.

I've been seeing Dr. Hansen for a couple years now and could not express enough the great experiences I've had. I just had a crown added. The process was completed in about 2 hours and the technology his practice has invested in was incredible. No moldings, temp crown, then come back a week later and install the new crown...the entire process happened that day, I got to enjoy the Masters Golf Tournament while he worked on me, and ate dinner that night with no pain whatsoever!
I absolutely love the personal care your staff provides. Trevi is super personable and great about conveying details of how to care for dental care. She also checks in on how things are going with you and your family...it is always delivered in a heartfelt way (like we are all a big family). I love that about your staff! You feel like part of the family and it has been this way for years! Thanks for all you do for our community and health! :)
Doctors and staff are so caring, patient friendly and helpful. Never ever been to a Dentist office that provided the comfort of like being home and the excellent customer satisfaction. Great place, great people and great results.
