Be prepared to call multiple times, on multiple days. If you have something where you believe time is critical, please chose another office The doctor himself is ok, but the process is beyond slow. I’ve waited almost 4 months to get more scans needed to give light to what is going on in my body.

I’ve called twice to reschedule my appointment and have not rec’d a call back. My appointment is tomorrow This is not the first time I’ve called and no response. They lack professionalism. I will call my Ins and complain.

Very poor. MA was too lazy to translate for my mother. We waited a long time for this appointment. I feel like they discriminated my mother for not knowing English. MA was sitting all day not doing anything. Seeking for a new referral to a different location that will actually help people.

Lost time and got no response. He tapped his knees with a hammer and asked me to touch my nose with a finger. That's all the tests.
