I’ve called twice to reschedule my appointment and have not rec’d a call back. My appointment is tomorrow This is not the first time I’ve called and no response. They lack professionalism. I will call my Ins and complain.

Very poor. MA was too lazy to translate for my mother. We waited a long time for this appointment. I feel like they discriminated my mother for not knowing English. MA was sitting all day not doing anything. Seeking for a new referral to a different location that will actually help people.

Lost time and got no response. He tapped his knees with a hammer and asked me to touch my nose with a finger. That's all the tests.

My first visit with Dr. Gorenstein was truly a breath of, neurologically informed, fresh air.😉 His examination was thorough and affirming. Would I refer Dr. Gorinstein? Absolutely, he’s the balm. I commend you, doctor, for so professionally representing neurologist, you have raised the bare.🌟
