We've been going to this office for over 10 years. The care and concern by the staff is the best in the area.. as we drive over 25 miles just to bring our children. Diane knows all our children by name and both Dr. Isreal and Darlene Isreal are true gems, taking their time to listen to our concerns, joke with the children and put them at ease.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
We've been going to Pediatrics at Chartley since my daughter was born 5 years ago. We've always been satisfied with the level of care she and her brother have received and Dr. Israel and Darlene Israel have always made it feel more like a partnership in the care of the children. Dr. Israel is very good about giving options, talking through the pros and cons and allowing the parents to make the final decision. They don't push antibiotics and have been great with the kids.
