This was my second visit to the office and I was just as pleased as I was the first visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming , Dr. Heafner is tops in my book.
This office is a great example of customer service and professionalism. I just had my second six month cleaning/x-rays/exam visit. Kristin is the best and nicest hygienist I have ever used. My teeth are thoroughly cleaned, yet she has a gentle touch. Wendy is also a knowledgeable dentist, although I have not had any major work or fillings performed by her yet. My daughter needed her two bottom front teeth extracted because her permanent teeth came in behind & as much as we tried to coax them, the baby teeth were not coming out! I was so worried for her because six is so young to be having dental work! She didn't want me in the room so I sat in the waiting room. She was treated like a princess & we both left very happy (and I was so relieved)! Dr Wendy & her staff are wonderful!

The staff was very friendly and the hygentist did an incredible job. Very thorough. The dentist, Wendy Haeffner, explained everything and had a patient, confident approach to her plan. I was very impressed and will continue to have mine, and my childrens, dental care take place at this dental practice..
I didn't think a dentist office visit could be pleasant but it was! Kristen did a terrific job on my cleaning and Dr. Haefner was thoughtful and patient. Thanks, I'm very happy to have found a dentist I like and trust.
