This was my first visit to see Dr. Wendy. Not only was I made to feel at home as soon as I arrived, but my visit was actually fun! THAT has never happened before. It was a totally positive experience with gracious people. I received very constructive suggestions instead of criticism.

I have been a client of Dr. Haefner for the past two years and have been most impressed. Dr. Haefner is very professional and the the friendliness off the office staff makes the visits even better. I have referred friends as well and they also have good things to say about their experience.

Worked with a new tech naned Megan. Very positive and thorough. Made suggestion about using a sensitive toothpaste. Dr. Haefner's exam was complete and she is a very positive person but totally realistic. Any concerns about switching from the old practice to the new one have been completely alleviated. I highly recommend Smile Mathis Ferry.

I had gone to another dentist in the area and wasn't too happy with the experience. Reading the reviews on this page convinced me to visit iSmile and I am so glad I did. It was my first visit and definitely not the last. Great people working here. They are all so genuinely kind, patient, and care about their work and patients. No more fear of going to the dentist for me. :)

I recently moved to Mount Pleasant and was not looking forward to having to find a new dentist and primary care physician! Lucky for me - I learned of iSmile Mathis Ferry Dentistry! They are absolutely fabulous! I barely had to wait to go back into a room - in fact, I was still completing my paperwork when they called me back. The staff and Dr. Wendy were very professional and friendly. I feel like I've been going there for years - it's a great location as well.

I highly recommend Dr. Wendy and her staff. I was a new patient and left there looking forward to my next visit. I was given the time I needed to have all my questions answered. Everyone in the office was professional and personal!
