Dr. Wendy and her staff are wonderful! They came up with an action plan for Laura when we first visited a few years ago and attacked it successfully in just a few months. Since then, she's had great regular appointments one after the other. We look forward to meeting the newest member of their awesome team the orthodontist!
ISmile Mathis Ferry Dentistry, the team of Dr. Wendy Haefner gives top of the line dentistry services. The use of state of the art equipment, ozone water, and xray equipment is of significant importance for optimal dentistry work. This practice is founded on IAMOT principles. Highly recommended. At the very least, try them!
Today, I had my 6-month appointment and had a good experience. I didn’t wait at all and the cleaning was smooth and painless. The hygienist did an awesome job answering my questions and gave me good feedback and tips for my teeth health.
I've been a patient of Dr Wendy for over 3 years and visit her office every 6 months for cleanings and exams. Her staff is always courteous and efficient. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment, and at times have even been called into my appointment early.
The young lady that cleaned my teeth was the best I have ever had work on me. I was very unaware that she was working she was that good.
Have now been to i smile twice since moving to Charleston. Have had only cleaning and check up so far. Excellent work by friendly staff. Dr. Haefner was recommended to me by my former outstanding dentist (Dr. Joe Palmer) in Greenville SC as her approach to dentistry is totally modern as was his. Recommend highly.

I'm so happy that I found Dr. Wendy and iSmile Mathis Ferry Dentistry! I had a bit of a dental emergency, and they were nice enough to squeeze me in to see Dr. Wendy on very short notice even though I was a new patient. Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, and the office is beautiful and calming with lots of windows and natural light.
