My prior dentist retired and it was over 2years since I had seen a dentist. My wife was a patient and was very satisfied with her care. so I scheduled an appointment.I am so glad I did.I was very impressed with their new X-ray machine and their attention to detail about the results.Finally,a thorough cleaning that was painlessly pleasant.I will be back for more procedures.
Lost a crown - Dr Haeffner and staff were able to schedule an appointment w/in 24 hrs of the mishap! - and then got me in and out in a flash (under twenty fminutes!) Dr. Wendy is tha' Bomb! Charlie H.
Very friendly and helpful. They explain the procedure and insurance coverage. Overall, I feel confident going to see Dr. Wendy & staff!!! Really nice office :)
I took my 4 & 6 year olds to Dr. Wendy yesterday--she and the whole staff were awesome with the kiddos. My kids weren't scared at all and were made very comfortable. And, they loved getting a prize out of the treasure chest! Very affordable, too, compared to other dentists in the area (especially compared to the dentists that advertise as specializing in children's teeth)
I was very happy with the checkup and cleaning I experienced on my initial visit yesterday. Beth was professional, knowledgable and very gental. The receptionist (I apologize for not remembering her name) was welcoming and very helpful as well. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Haefner. My only disappointment is with Humana offering only one exam and cleaning per year. This is no reflection on your office, but hoping the plan will be revised to allow two visits per year.
