Very professional and friendly staff. They took care of my teeth and made sure I understood everything they were doing to my teeth.
Not a great visit. I was asked if I could change appt time 20 minutes earlier. I did and didn’t get to the chair until 5 minutes after my original time. The cleaning was done by a dentist rather than hygienist this time. Once she started it was 5 minutes finishing off with a polisher that felt like it barely spun or touched my teeth. Can’t help but wonder how clean my teeth are. My shirt however was soaked by the time I left the chair as the ‘clean machine’ dripped the entire 5 minutes. Hasn’t been as bad in the past. Excellent service! My dentist and hygienist work hard to prevent dental issues, as well as give suggestions on how to enhance my dental health. I appreciate their transparency and meticulous cleanings.
My visit with Ismile has always been great since day one. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Anshul is very professional and courteous. He always makes time to remind me of my appointments and answered all of my questions with coverages and billing. My dental hygienist, Maria is so kind and sweet. She makes me feel so comfortable at every visit and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth than any other hygienist. She taught me how to properly brush and floss. I can’t thank her enough. I love this dental office ❤️
