He may be a very good dt; however, his bed side manners are horrible. We sat in his office for 20 min, he was just typing on his computer and didn't even look at my mother. Staff is horrific, have been calling all day today, no one answered the phone. Can't wait until my mom is heal and we can close this chapter. He seems a little grandiose, should be more humble. Specially when dealing with elderly patients.
Dr. Montane is great. His staff don't return calls or answer the phone. Good luck getting a follow up appointment. If you call during the sacred lunch hour - you don't even get a voice message service. They just disconnect your call.
