I lived here for over 3 years and definitely recommend it. The location has a walkable Trader Joe’s and Gelson’s, plus bars and cafes nearby. Los Feliz is a great part of the city to be in and the staff was very helpful and responsive to any issues. The courtyard garden is beautifully maintained. I basically got what I was hoping for out of my time in a 1br apartment here.
10/10 experience with Isle of Charm apartments. Everything has been pain free and smooth. Adam the property manager in particular has been super helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning. I’m very lucky to move from one great property/team to another as equally fantastic!
I've been living here for about 4 years now and I must say that the property manager, Adam, and his staff are really on top of things! Our charming courtyard is very well-maintained which makes sitting outside peaceful and relaxing. We also have laundry units which are always clean and functioning as well as loads of unrestricted parking both on and off street (cannot stress how important this is especially since we live so close to popular Silver Lake bars and restaurants). I’ve lived at the Isles of Charm for several years, and it’s an absolute hidden gem in a bustling city. The peaceful neighborhood is just 10 minutes from downtown and Hollywood, with Trader Joe’s and Starbucks within walking distance. Adam, the property manager, is attentive and friendly, and Nelson, the maintenance man, is also very nice. It’s a wonderful place to call home!
I've lived at Isles of Charm for over 12 years! It's been a great experience - the management is on top of it! The property is clean and well kept. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly, and the staff is friendly and helpful with any needs. I had a really great run living here :) Highly recommend!
