I've lived here for nearly 11 years and I experienced a vast improvement in the way the apartments are managed and how issued are cared for, since Adam Crowell became our property manager a handful of years ago. He is timely with communication, he has an excellent maintenance staff, and the grounds are routinely kept. For the first several years of living here, I didnt exactly recommend the building, but since Adam took over, I think it's become a secure & comfortable place to live.

Such a beautiful place to live! Walkable area, friendly safe neighborhood, easy parking, maintenance on call! I loved living here.

I loved living here. It is a beautiful, peaceful property with kind people. Living here felt like a sanctuary for me. Maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful and quick to address any issues that pop up. This was my favorite home in my 12 years in LA.

I lived here for over 3 years and definitely recommend it. The location has a walkable Trader Joe’s and Gelson’s, plus bars and cafes nearby. Los Feliz is a great part of the city to be in and the staff was very helpful and responsive to any issues. The courtyard garden is beautifully maintained. I basically got what I was hoping for out of my time in a 1br apartment here.
