The management genuinely makes this place. Adam's an absolute delight.
5 stars for how easy the PM, Adam, made it for me to find a new place after the Eaton fire. This place is clean, quiet, and management is extremely responsive. Definitely would recommend!
Lived here for about 10 months now, and I've been really happy with how responsive and helpful the property manager (Adam) is. The maintenance team is also on top of requests and very kind. It can be tough finding a place to live in LA that doesn't drive you nuts in some way, but Adam/Isles of Charm does it right.
I lived here for 2.5 years. I have no complaints about it and felt very comfortable my entire time there. I appreciate the care they take keeping the landscaping nice.
I moved here for my first apartment in LA and was very pleased with how it turned out. The manager was very responsive and available, and the complex felt very peaceful and well maintained. Would certainly recommend.
