I got the mini isle pedi my lady was nice and the pedicure was okay as well. However I got a 30 minute pedicure when I signed up for a 45 minute. Yes it’s 15 minutes difference only but if I’m going to be paying $50 I would like to get the full 45-1hr!!! I told the lady and she said she would let her manager know and they’d give me a call back. It’s been 3 days and nothing. Simply not having my business anymore. For the price I’m paying I expect better service.
Amazing atmosphere, so relaxing, I didn’t want to leave!
Love the West Ave location. I just moved to The Woodlands...nothing compares. Please consider building a location out here! Again, wonderful place!
This review is for the Kirby/West U location. First time going to this nail/pedi salon. I was very satisfied with the services and costumer care. Hanny and Emma were wonderful. Definitely I’ll be returning.
