The office staff goes above and beyond, wonderful customer services if you have any questions or need any accommodations they make sure to answer any and all questions and accommodations you need. I almost don’t want to tell you because it’s a hidden gem... but I also want them to stay in business We loved Anaheim Islander Inn and Suites! They’re a basic hotel, definitely not a resort. But you don’t spend much time in the room anyway! We booked a room for the Islander for Dec and cancelled to stay in May instead. We had a cancellation number to show the cancellation in December and they charged for the room anyway. Fortunately, we were able to claim fraud and get our money back. Never use this hotel. They will try to rip you off.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Disneyland. Great value and very clean. Highly recommend!
Islander Inn is a terrific place to stay. The rates are low, the amenities are basic but the rooms are nice, and you're within walking distance of both Disneyland and the Garden Walk. The staff have always been very friendly, as well as generous with parking. We have stayed here probably a dozen times now and will continue to do so!
This was our second year in a row staying there for our Disneyland at Christmas trip. We went back as we remembered it was very clean, had great staff and located close yo the resort. We were not disappointed. Again, great clean room and friendly staff. We arrived quite early and a room was not available yet. The staff Gabe us use of a room to freshen up before we started our day.
