The absolute worst place to live. The manager does not know boundaries and will scam you into paying for new upgrades when there were minimal damages. The manager Toni is the reason there is no guest parking because she saved parking for her friends and when confronted about this issue, she then decided to remove guest parking all together. The cadman group is the worst management group. Toni will be in your face and knows no boundaries what so ever. It’s a scam to live here.
Very nice apartments . Some utilities are old , security needs to be out more especially in an area where there has been break ins and robberies. Management doesn’t do the best to make residents feel safe , never has the time to call and get the gate fixed

I’m trying to understand why you’re watering the sidewalk at night
Ive lived here for 2+ years and have never had any issues. Toni is a great landlord and I’m happy to stay here for many more years.
