Noisy neighbors always fighting we call the cops every other weekend property manager does nothing about it. One of the neighbors shoot a gun cops took him and he is still in the property. No one follows the contract it is not safe.
Cons: trash dumpsters far from unit, package theft, laundry room machines always having some issue. Other than that we really don't have much else to say. We are still happy we moved here. No nosy neighbors, the land lady is friendly, it is a safer neighborhood for the area. We feel good about having our kids play at the pool and enjoy all the beautiful landscaping here.
