We are increadably pleased with the service received from Island Walk Deltona Team. Home renting process is nerve wraking. Working with Sean was a pleasure! Honestly I am giving 5 stars because we like the home and location a lot. The move in process I give a 2 giving my 3 star rating. It was difficult that everything was to be done online including a facial scan for identification. That made the process longer especially when the app would only grant one of us access to process the ID. With us being in two towns it was near impossible. Also with no internet connection in the area, we would have to be at the current residence 4 hours away or a library to submit all paperwork. Th... read more
Sean is absolutely great! Made things easy and fast! Love the community and so excited to make new memories here with our family :) very peaceful and people are friendly…We are loving our beautiful home
We have been in our beautiful new home for about a week now and we are loving it. The community is small and thats what i love most about it! Sean and the rest of the staff have been fantastic. Sean was so patient and kind and made the process easy. Highly recommended!!!
