Caring and professional eye examination. Parking a bit difficult.
We cannot say enough good things about Stephanie at Island Vet. From the very first visit, she treated our male cat not just as a patient, but like the baby he truly is to us. Wow is the word I would use for the Island Veterinary Eye Specialist. Dr. Osinchuk and her staff are top notch. So knowledgeable and kind. We have a Great Pyrenees who is very timid and they were so good with him. They explained everything to us and what to expect during the healing process. Would highly recommend Dr. Osinchuk😊
Stephanie and the whole team were so amazing today. They accommodated my kitty for a same day appointment which I really appreciated. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. My cat was a lot more comfortable than she has been at previous vets. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I was referred to this clinic by my local veterinarian in Courtenay for a specialist eye consultation for my dog. The day before, my local vet had already offered to perform the sedation and removal procedure, but suggested I see this eye specialist first for a detailed diagnostic evaluation of my dog’s eye health - which is clearly stated as part of the consultation on the clinic’s website.
