Staff were friendly, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. I was dealt with in a timely manner and made to feel at ease at all times.
Front desk person is nice,she's very professional. The technician is friendly and he's very informative.two thumbs up for them keep up the good work. A big thanks for them.
No sign on Interurban Road that states building 4441 or parking lot 8. Thus, very frustrating finding the correct entrance off Interurban Road for the first visit. All staff were excellent!
I have nothing but positive things to say. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The technician was excellent and extremely compassionate. The only thing I would suggest is use paper cups at the water dispenser. Plastics are so bad for the environment and there was no recyclying available.
Very pleasant experience, kind staff. Quick & efficient procedure.
