I've been seeing Brett for years now. This guy is really good at what he does, the best massage or rolfing Ive ever had. He has incredible strength but also the intuitive ability to read your body and find out what areas are in most need of work. Ive found he is yet to be wrong. His approach is targeted and he finds problem areas easily and knows how to work them. Every time ive left his place Ive felt a lot better. Brett is an incredible practitioner to have on your bodywork care team. I learned a lot about how my body moves and how it was stuck due to a car accident. He offers a completely safe environment to heal in. I'd recommend his modality of Rolfing to anyone seeking deep tissue/muscular release work. He enabled me to trust the process. Also, the mental work here was phenomenal. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable. Thank you for guiding my process. Great results.
