This set up is very confusing. I am trying to get a hold of Corisande Baldwin to renew some meds. All I get is Dr. Shaw and I have left a message with his office to guide me to get my message to Baldwin. NOT GOOD!!!
Dr Shaw is the fourth specialist I have seen. Two retired, one passed away. I have been under Dr.Shaw's care for some years now. I feel blessed to be so. He listens! He questions to make sure he understands me. He is action-oriented and sincerely interested in seeing me become better. His enquiries and actions are not limited to a narrow view of my situation. I was very disappointed with my virtual call to the locum covering Dr Shaw. I would prefer to not have to see this locum in the future. It was a waste time. Not helpful at all and any information given I can read on my health profile. Also telling me to take NSAIDs, having a history of ulcers, was not showing knowledge or concern. There were other issues but overall a very poor first impression.
extremely lazy apathetic doctors, victoria is becoming a safe haven for the worst doctors in canada do better, your professionalism is embarassing.
