You go to C-Level because of the spectacular views, not to have a fabulous meal. I have to agree with many of the previous comments. The quality and presentation of the food has declined over the years. For instance, my table ordered the same dish- spinach salad with grilled shrimp. Each plate was different. Some had more spinach, eggs, tomatoes, some had chiabata bread, some did not. It did not matter to us since there was plenty of food, however, shouldn't each plate present the same? Been there last night... were lucky to be seated neat the bay..the view at the back was spectacular as we took our photos.deffo gonna come back again..
Very slow service. Took almost an hour to get appetizers, after I had to prompt them. Eventually, just got the entree and dessert to go.
The staff was very professional, from the hostess to the server to the manager. Our food was prepared expertly and was delicious.
The view is unmistakably one of the best in San Diego . I am sorry to see that the quality of the food is deteriorating . I am a San Diego resident, have been coming to C LEVEL since they opened . I always order the tuna stack ... Each time I have been there in the last couple of years , it goes down in quality . Sorry to see that the Cohn family is compromising their quality of food ..
Excellent establishment! The food and the views are equally delicious. Enrique our waiter was very friendly and good with the kids. Didn't catch the managers name but he was very accommodating and professional. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody who enjoys steak and seafood.
