*on time - no waiting *hygienist was excellent - checked on my comfort as she worked *office staff - very congenial *like the new appointment confirmation system online *like having the next appointment sticker that I can put onto my calendar page *all staff were professional and treatment was high quality *recommend highly

I've never like going to the dentist until now. Quality, compassion and meticulous work.
Let's face it--going to the Dentist is not one of the favorite things we do. It really helps, though, when the Dental professionals that you work with are courteous, professional and highly skilled. I have been very favorably impressed with Dr. Rockwood's friendliness, respect for the individual and high skill set. She gets to the bottom of the matter very quickly and her work has been exceptional. I was also really impressed by Ashley--the Dental Hygienist that I met for the first time today.
