As a new patient I found my experience to be exceptional. My first visit was for a cleaning and introduction. The hygienist was extremely thorough. She explained everything she was doing as well as making suggestions for home care. Very personable as well. If you are not a fan of the dentist chair, you will forgot all about that with Ashley. I will be going back for a one hour consultation with the dentist who did come in and introduce herself during my visit. Professional and friendly staff I have been going to Island Point Dentistry for years now, and I am always impressed with the wonderful customer service I receive. I feel as though they truly know their patients. We have not even considered taking our children to another place - we all go to Island Point! I have been going to Island Point Dentistry for years now, and I am always impressed with the wonderful customer service I receive. I feel as though they truly know their patients. We have not even considered taking our children to another place - we all go to Island Point! Jill is so knowledgeable about scheduling and billing, Mallory was a wonderful hygienist (gentle and thorough), and Dr. Rockwood is friendly and so kind. impressed with the quality of service It's very evident that Ashley, the dental hygienist that I saw, is very knowledgeable about teeth and proper dental care. She was very efficient and thorough in cleaning my teeth, and made me feel quite at ease. I especially appreciated her insight in dealing with a couple of issues I am having with my teeth and because of what she told me, I plan to take action soon! The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming, I am glad that I was able to get in as quickly as I did! thanks!
