I enjoyed meeting Mallory today - she is very nice and did a great job. Two comments on general experience. There were no available parking spaces in the lot adjacent to office today. I had the same experience at my last visit as well. Also, I waited more than 20 minutes past appointment time in waiting room. It seemed too long.

Routine Check-up w/very professional care 1st time w/new hygienist and it was very pleasant. Was kept informed on every step of every procedure. Treated very professionally as always. Knowledgeable & well-trained staff provide for a very good experience.

very friendly and concerned about patient's comfort. Patients are told if they are in ANY pain at all to let her know right away and they will do anthing the can to make the patient feel more comfortable.
