This review is specifically about the front desk and phone staff — not Dr. Abraham. The customer service at this office is absolutely unacceptable. From the beginning, there was hostility and attitude instead of professionalism. I had an issue with my insurance because they failed to send the correct billing code, and instead of fixing their mistake, they attempted to charge me as much as possible out of pocket. Dr. Matthew is phenomenal! Highly recommend!!! I was very nervous about it. But my procedure went great. Prices were really great and the facility was so so clean!!!!!!
I just got my wisdom teeth extracted from here, I highly recommend! Dr Abraham and the team at IOMS understood that I was feeling nervous and they helped make me feel comfortable through the whole process. Dr Abraham even called me outside of office hours to check on me and helped me through the post surgery process as well. Thank you Dr Abraham and the IOMS team for taking care of me!
I was referred to Dr. Andrew from my Dentist for an emergency extraction on tooth #30. It was a cracked root canal tooth that was sealed and never crowned (my fault). Dr. Andrew was quick. Numbed the area and before I knew it, the tooth was out. What I didn't know is the pain that would follow. If you can take anything away from this review, please take care of your teeth.
