These guys are awesome - relaxed easy going and friendly team - just took about 20 minutes to sign all the paperwork - no waiting around for 30 minutes for the "sales manager" to approve or the guy in the back room sweating you out to take their loan - no slimy sales guys trying to push a sale - I was surprised to see that they had such a large inventory of really nice cars - I wouldn't even call them used car salesmen because that would be an insult to them - think of them as that really cool neighbor who can hook you up wi... read more
Everyone at IMS was extremely professional and welcoming. I never even felt like I was at a dealership, never pressured into anything and was only given information that I asked for, needed or wanted. Best car buying experience of my life and would recommend anyone.
I have lived in Merritt Island forever and driven by countless times but have never stopped in. I wish I would have stopped in sooner! Tony is a stand up guy and Brandon took amazing care of me!
