Recommendedthe place to go to get a super car wash using Island clean machine for years
went in today and asked specific questions about the Rainx Express Detail and all the details and again was not satisfied. Did not touch the trunk and upon closer looking after calling to complain, they took $2.00 off the next time I return. No thanks, to many excuses when you ask why
Bought the rain-x express service which was a little over $50 including taxes and there are all sort of water stains and smudges on the car/window/the missed entire spots of the console.
I’m always in and out with no issue. My car comes out beautiful every time! Reasonable prices for what you get. They always have great specials for different days of the week. I paid the extra bit to get the bug treatment on my car (lots of road trips) and it looks brand new!! Thanks! You’re the only people I trust to wash/clean my car.
I dropped my coffee all over my seat this morning, and we all know how bad coffee stains. I couldn’t take my car in until after work. I showed up at 4:15pm after the coffee baked all day in my car. Amber met with me and discussed shampooing my seat. She was very helpful and suggested the best for my vehicle. After about 30 minutes or so, my car was ready! It looked amazing!!! Thank you so much and I’ll be sending people your way!!
The last few times I've been here they never bother to move the booster seat and clean under it. My floor mats were put back in my jeep wet. The seats still had dirt in them and in between the seats. I was charged $22 just to have the inside wiped and vacuumed and it was still dirty when I left.
Giving this company one star is more than I'd like to give ! We get this gift card from a gift basket my husband received. After 2 years and all the pollen we've had we finally take a trip to the island to get what we thought was 1 of our 10 washes from what the back card says( this card is only valid with the purchase 10 washes at the discounted package price offered.
