very friendly people but the job was disappointing. I gave a quick glance before I left noting all the water left on car and thought I would let that go. but once inside I noticed just a rush job on vaccuming and all rhese wipe marks on windows and my mirrors. Just left this car wash and paid $20 for a wash and vacuum. Very disappointing to say the least. Car interior still had crumbs in the cup holders and the floor in the back still had sand/dirt. Also had to wipe down the stepping part of the interior of all 4 doors because they were still grimy. I could have done a better job myself or just gone through a $5 automated wash for that. Not returning, that's for sure.
Had our brand new Jeep washed. We paid $88.00 ($30 up charge to hand remove love bugs) to have it done. When it came out the front of the Jeep had chips, on it. We asked the guy wiping it down. He first said it may have been from the machines. Asked for manager... gave us a card with Carmen Coopers number. Haven’t heard anything back. They didn’t even offer us money back.
Pulled into the carwash with my Jeep to just get the interior cleaned. The Manager informed me that they can’t just clean the interior of the Jeep. “It has to go through the wash”. Even though the interior is the first thing cleaned at this carwash. 😳 This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in a while. I wonder if the owner of the carwash knows that his manager is turning away revenue. I would’ve have gladly paid whatever they wanted to charge me within reason to clean the interior of my jeep.
wanted it to charge $50 over what other car washes were charging for cleaning the bugs off the car. went down the street and got a nice exterior car wash for $13.95
That was the worst clean that I have ever got a $50 clean
Unfortunately they do not honor their gift cards. Calls to management and they would only respond via text and not take phone calls. I have called and texted for resolution and no response since initial contact. Is this good customer service? Not a good experience and I have been going there for many years.
Had a gift card. Went in to make sure it was still good Man (would not give his name) ran card said there was 60 on card. I ordered a detail job to the tune of over $80 I went to pay same man then said card was no good. Called someone and said he could give $40 off take it or leave it Gave me a card to call all you get is a text back asking it can be handled in a text.
