The Island House catered our wedding recently and there are simply no words to do it justice! Everything was perfect, the food was delicious and plentiful, and many guests said it was some of the best food they ever had! We found this place by accident, on a drive from NC to OC. The service was great, as was the food. Excellent crab cakes! Great atmosphere, too!
We hadn't tried flounder before, so we asked if we could get a sample. They brought us a single of the Flounder Finger appetizers, which sold us. We had the broiled flounder platter (Wachapreague IS the Flounder Capital of the world). It was just superb. The crab bisque was excellent as well.
