This is one of the worst practices I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave their office, terrible service! They do not care about the health and wellbeing of their patients, unless you’re best friends with them that is. I will NOT be back.
Worst quality service I’ve received. Should not list themselves as an urgent care when they are absolutely not. They will “try” to squeeze you in as a walk in if you come for urgent care
What a terrible experience! I went to try and fill out new patient paperwork with my family after moving to the area and the whole receptionist team especially the blonde on the high horse. Not only was she rude to me and my family but if I was talked to over the phone like I heard her talking to someone I would have a lot more to say! Don't recommend
