I was massively under quoted. Have to now pay double what was expected as more than twice the expected samples were taken. Charged 2.25hrs@$100/hr for less than half an hour taking samples. Only 2-3 were required for me yet they managed to run 8 tests, I don’t even think there’s that many materials in said test item. I thought I/it was clear on how this standard routine testing procedure would be done and now I’ve been blindsided with a massive bill.
