I have been a patient of Dr. Scales for about 22 years now, and will continue to be one as long as his practice is around. He is proactive in his treatments, which means that as much as he can possible do, he catches the little things before they have a chance to become big (and painful) things. Today's visit was excellent, and Ashley made it a very pleasant visit with her expertise and sense of humor.
You enter into a calm welcoming office. Everyone is thankful you are there. They have auto check in and the updates of records are easy and thorough. The staff is professional and just so accepting. Dr Scales was thorough and has a great conversation to get to know you and what your expectations, your needs and clearly explains where you stand with your oral health, what can be done short term and then we will discuss our next steps at our next appointment. It’s a great experience.
There are no words!! Doctor Scale and his team are simply amazing. I would go nowhere else. They take good care of you, you get the personal attention and you come out with beautiful teeth. I highly recommend them and hope you go and prove me right.
Tracy was very friendly and courteous, as well as Dr. Scales, receptionist, and the checkout attendant.
Dr. Scales and Robert made my appointment easy and getting a new crown painless.
I arrived early, Robert took me back quickly and prepped me so I was ready when Dr. Scales finished up in next door station. Gave me the option to numb but I went without and two procedures went quickly within no pain. Talked with front desk about insurance vs. VIP plan and have decided to go with their VIP plan for next year. Great experience continues and we often recommend Island Dentistry to others.
