My cleaning this morning was great as always. The staff is very welcoming. The hygienist and dentist worked smoothly together to complete the appointment quickly and safely.

Ashley was my hygienist, friendly and professional and knew exactly what she was doing. I had to have dental work out of town and she found the correct tooth; I had confused the upper for the lower and she patiently reviewed my records to find the tooth I had worked on. Dr. Scales came in and went over my teeth again and looked at one I had an issue with and made his recommendation. Dr. Scales and his staff are outstanding! Have you ever been able to say that when going to the dentist? Today was great. Sarah my hygienist was so great from X-rays to explaining my dental issues. I felt that I was talking to a very good friend. Dr Skales was very kind, and answered any questions I had. Brittnie was very kind and went over my dental plan with me and provided information that I needed to make informed decisions. Professional and prepared staff. I was given a tour of the facility, which had a compliment of state of the art equipment. Staff provided me with a comprehensive report of the results of the screening performed, to include problem areas, suggested mitigation for each, and the cost for each procedure.
Dr. Scales has provided quality care for over 10 years for my family. He keeps up with new techniques, equipment and treatments. The office is well-designed and kept spotlessly clean including air filtering at every station.
Great experience. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Tracey was very gentle and thorough. Always good to see Dr. Scales. Thank you for being so caring.
